· All items will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving your cleared payment. Please inform your phone number so that the delivery man can contact you if they have problem to send your item. After payment complete i will ask you first about your address and phone number. We use regular mail (no express shipping). It takes 14-21 business days to arrive counted from shipment date. Sometimes It can takes up to 30 business days if your country has a strict custom regulations. Delivery time also takes longer time to arrive on peak seasons or holidays such as Christmas, Chinese Lunar New Year, etc. However after 21 days your item still not arrive, please contact your local post office first to check your item. But if it still not arrived, please contact me immediately. Tracking number will be given, we will double check on paypal. Item will be shipped to your paypal shipping address. If you want your item to be sent to different address, please add it in paypal notes. Shipment to France, Spain, Brazil, South America, Eastern Europe may Take up to 6 weeks due to strict custom inspection. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, as we have no control over how long it takes for the package to pass customs inspection and be handed over to your country's postal service. In the extremely rare occasion, customs fees incurred will be covered by the buyer.

Production of orders including orders from the continental United States (U.S.), as well as worldwide orders (INTL.) The production period for custom imprinted product is 1-2 business days or less. On the rare occasion that a product style, color or size is on back order, production time may be extended by a maximum of 5 business days. Orders produced within this reasonable, stated period are not returnable or refundable since customized product is not re-stockable. Once production is completed your order will be shipped immediately.

Once we received your order, it takes 1-2 business days for production, and the shipping time take about 10-15 business days for shipment arrival, including USA, Canada, European countries and other countries. That means, from the date you order, you can expect the shipment arrival within 14-21 business days. If you still don't get the shipment after 21 business days, please allow it extra several days, sometimes, shipping delays may be incurred due to increased security processing with international customs. 11store11.ecrater.com utilizes well known, outside national & international shipping carriers. All shipping times are within the control of the outside carrier and therefore are not guaranteed by 11store11.ecrater.com We do not currently offer overnight shipping on a local or worldwide basis. Shipping is available to all countries. 11store11.ecrater.com is not responsible for any VAT, Duty Charges or Brokerage Fees at time of delivery.
